Does the application work on Vista?

Yes, to install on vista right click on the setup.exe and "run as administrator". There is a known limitation that the user must also be a local administrator otherwise the installation fails.

Will I have to pay for upgrades?

No, the application is free for the foreseeable future.

Why can't I upload my images?

You have to select upload mode to be able to upload to a provider.

Why is a new directory created when I resize?

By default a new directory is created. It is possible to change this setting in the options.

Will other providers be supported?

Yes support for other providers is planned but having a fully featured core product is the priority at present.

I can't change the order in which my images are uploaded

Yes you can just drag and drop selected files to the desired location.

Why is my XMP metadata lost when resizing to a directory?

There are some problems with the new .NET 3.0 libraries we are using that prevent extraction of XMP data when running in a multi threaded application. Hopefully these issues will be addressed once the next framework is released.

The gadget does not save all of my settings

Unfortunately when running from the gadget it is not possible to access the user storage domain. Therefore default settings cannot be saved. This should be addressed in a future release.
